For the divorcing couple needing help with approved forms from a non-attorney, without property and no children, $250.00 per person or $500.00 per couple, without a mediation session. With property and children $480.00 per person or $960 per couple, without a mediation session.
Full Dissolution of Marriage Mediation Packet $1,900.00 ( 8 hours total)
- Includes up to Four(4) hours mediation
- One (1) hour for review, signing and notarization of documents
- Complete settlement agreement (property, assets and - liabilities, alimony, visitation / time sharing, and special circumstances.)
- Completion of required Dissolution of Marriage forms
- Child support calculation guidelines
Location of conference
All parties are notified of the time and location where the Mediation will be held.
Mediations and Arbitration are typically held at our office at 301 E. Pine Street, Orlando, FL, 32801 at a time convenient to all parties.
Fee does not include court required filing fees.
