Mediation Hourly Rate: $200.00 or $100.00 per party

Case admistrative intake fee is due prior to scheduling the appointment.  The fee is $200.00 for each case and acts as deposit as well.  This fee will be applied towards the final cost of services (includes: letters to all parties, telephonic follow-up, notices, etc.)

Mediation half day four (4) hours  $695.00

Mediation full day eight (8) hours  $1195.00

Arbitration half day four (4) hours  $695.00

Arbitration full day eight (8) hours $1195.00

Arbitration administrative fee $200.00 per hour

Dissolution of marriage Florida Supreme Court approved Form packet completion.

For the divorcing couple needing help with approved forms from a non-attorney, without property and no children, $100.00 per person or $200.00 per couple, without a mediation session. With property and children  $300.00 per party, without a mediation session.

Full dissolution of marriage mediation packet $1600.00

                 - Includes Two (2)- 2 hours mediation session

                 - One (1) hour for review and notorizing of documents

                 - Complete settlement agreement (property and children, alimony)

                 - Completion of required dissolution of marriage forms

                 - Child support calculation guidelines

Fee does not include State required filing fees

Resolute Mediation holds the right to make changes as appropriate. 

Location of conference

All parties will be notified of the time and location where the mediation will be held. Mediations and arbitration are often held at our office at 301 E. Pine Street, Orlando, FL. 32801 at a time convenient to all parties.
